Hey everyone,
i hope everybody has not been as sick as we have. Lane had the flu last week, then myself and now Beau. I have never been so sick, it is awful.
Brelyn is fine, besides a nagging cough. She is starting to teeth and sometimes gets fussy. She is such an easy baby, she goes to bed around 7:30 pm and gets up around 6:00 am. She is so happy and we love playing with her. She is getting baptized next Sunday in my gown and she will be wearing Mary's baby ring. I'll be sure to send pictures.
Beau started preschool last week, he likes it but he got in trouble the second day for licking people, imagine that! We hope he learns a lot, he's like a little Lane so he soakes everything up, soon he'll be cooking eggs!

We are healthy and that is good!
I am sorry to hear about your family, Amanda. The flu has been so bad around our neighborhood.
How wonderful to have a sleeping baby, though. :)
We are recovering from our very sad dog story. We adopted cute little pup last Saturday and had to have him put to sleep on Valentine's Day - just 4 days later. He had a fatal virus called distemper. It is normally vaccinated against in a puppy's first round of shots, but Oakley was not taken care of as a puppy. He was vaccianted at 7 months old when we got him, but by then he had already contracted the virus. The kids are doing better each day. They still tear up when somone asks about him.
Everything is in the attic; we couldn't stand having it all around.
We are anxiously waiting for February 25...Steve will turn 40!
(It is not too anxious, actually!)
The kids keep asking what kind of party he is having...like Cinderella (Emma's vote) or Lego (Ethan's vote) or Bible Characters (Madison's vote)! What should a 40 year old have?!?!?!?

It's me, Christine, that's how my post name reads. I say prune juice because when I was at Balloon's Unlimited, we used to deliver black balloons attached to prune juice for 40th birthdays. he he
