Snow? We clearly didn't move far enough south!

It snowed here today. These pictures aren't actually of the best snow, we went to church and it was really coming down while we were there. I think there was probably about 2" on the ground, which was enough to cover all the grass. Polly felt right at home. In her excitement, she ran a circle around the whole outside of the house.

Ha. Wow that is a lot of snow. We still have not got any snow this year, but maybe tonight! :) Stay warm and cozy,
Love,

I was wondering if you got some flakes. Oh I know you are wishing for more! Polly seems to be right at home; did she eat some?
It is cold for Tallahassee but of course no snow. If that happened we would be on CNN.
I think you can enjoy this knowing it is the last of the year.

Your moma told me about the comforter. Ooooo......Polly. Maybe she has separation anxiety. We know about that.

Well, you think it's the last snow of this winter but don't fool with Mother Nature. One year in Charlotte it snowed every Wed. in March of three weeks.

The story about the comforter...
We thought Polly was old enough to stay out of the cage while we were at church...no. When I got home, and opened the bedroom door, she had ripped up the down comforter, and the whole room was feathered. She was white, the bed was white, the air was white. She went tearing through the house with a cloud following her. So I had to lock her in the cage and try to vac up all the feathers. I ended up just holding the hose in the air and feather from near and far came. I still haven't managed to get them all up. Then I had to empty my vac (it's bagless), so feathers went everywhere again.
It was a nightmare! haha...oh Polly.

Hmmm...I was thinking it was a different kind of separation anxiety problem, of which I know well too much.
